Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is 1 week (7 days). If you need more time, you can add extra weeks for 1/2 the price of your purchased package. Just give us a call, text or email if you realize you will need more time!
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes! We deliver crates to your current home and pick them up from your new home once you’re done. Delivery and pick up is free in the city of San Luis Obispo and South County areas.
What if I need more crates than the package offers?
No problem! You can add individual crates to any package. Just mention it in your booking request and we’ll adjust the quote.
What happens if a crate is lost or damaged?
Our crates are extremely durable, but we understand accidents happen. We charge a small replacement fee for any lost or severely damaged crates.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving seasons (like Cal Poly move-in/out weekends).
What if I am moving out of SLO County?
Pick up outside of SLO County may be possible for an additional fee. Please call, text or mention it in your booking request and we will provide you a quote. Currently our services are focused in the SLO County area. Alternatively, you can return the crates to your previous address and we can pick up from there with no additional cost.
How do I pay?
Once we have confirmed your order, we will email you an invoice via stripe. All payments need to be made at least 48 hours prior to your requested delivery date.
What size are your crates?
Our crates are heavy duty, 27 gallon, easily stackable and come with a lid. The dimensions are 30.6″ long, 20.6″ wide and 14.3″ tall.
